About Amy

AMY COLOR (13)

My name is Amy L. Hansen. I am the founder and owner of BellaMe Salon. I have had the business since 2006. I worked as a paralegal for 17 years and also worked in management at the Melting Pot restaurant.  I LOVED helping people, but when my husband and I wanted to start a family, I thought I would bring helping people home so I could raise my kids and work at the same time.   So I entered the beauty industry, which I loved as well and pursued it further as my career along with being a full time mom.

I went to beauty school in North Salt Lake and first graduated in nails, then six months later I graduated and received my full cosmetology license which includes working with hair, skin and nails, and the body.

I love to make people feel good about themselves, and NEVER let anyone leave dissatisfied. I travel to all the hair shows, so I can be up and current with all the latest trends. My job is to make people beautiful! Hence the salon meaning of BellaMe “ Beautiful Me.
